　　Job Description: I came to the 3Nod in March of 2010.So far, I successively worked in the job of EE and IE, and became to work the job of PM for meeting the development of company in June of 2010. As a PM,I need to realize the situation of all new products and meet the current of the development.At the same time,coordinating all departments in factory is also my responsibility.As I haven’t worked as the PM before, I do not have any advantage.I just read more books such as PMBOK to learn the meaning of Project and how to manage it by myself.
